So, here's a couple good ones I've seen that came out in past years.
Hannibal Rising-
This movie is about the young Hannibal before he became known as Dr. Hannibal Lector. I believe Gaspard Ulliel pulled off Hannibal perfectly. The movie is almost the exact same as the book, which is equally as good. This movie tells us Dr. Hannibal Lector's story before the Silence of the Lambs and before Hannibal. This movie is a rather interesting watch, especially for those who like movies that include some blood, at least one explosion a bit of history and a completely unusual character. I give it a 9/10.
Hannibal Rising-
